- My name is Amanda Caloia and I am an aspiring Physical Education teacher as I continue my journey as a physical education major at SUNY Cortland. I am from Syracuse but have come to SUNY Cortland to learn from one of the greatest physical education programs there are. I long to make a difference in physical education by encouraging anyone and everyone to lead a healthy and physically active lifestyle. I enjoy training and competing in triathlons. I love to be around as well as create a positive, fun-filled and active climate. I plan to graduate from SUNY Cortland in 2012 and make a difference in PE by bringing my own creative styles of teaching into a physical education curriculum.
